Christmas treats for all to eat

Let’s face it, Christmas is one of the most hectic times of the year. Present buying, cooking, cleaning, all whilst embracing the Christmas cheer with our family and friends. It can be tempting to let our good habits slip and fall into a never-ending episode of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. However, as parents, we want to set a good example. Whilst treats can be more frequent during the Christmas period it is also nice to include some healthy recipes for our children.

It can be difficult to encourage children to eat healthily but with these creative ideas, we hope to make fruit and vegetables an appealing option for all including Santa and his reindeers.
